FAQ
A Fixed rate locks the exchange rate when you start the swap. The amount you see is the amount you get, as long as you send the deposit on time.
A Float rate follows the market while your order is processing. You may receive a bit more or less than the estimate, depending on price movement.
Most swaps finish in a few minutes. Network congestion, coin type, and required confirmations can stretch that toward about an hour.
Each network requires a set number of blockchain confirmations before we process your deposit. More confirmations mean a safer, irreversible transfer. The exact count depends on the coin and network you use.
Rates are pulled from live market liquidity across partner venues. You always see the current rate in the swap form before you confirm.
Our service fee is already reflected in the rate shown in the calculator. Separate network (miner) fees may still apply depending on the blockchain.
AML (Anti-Money Laundering) means screening deposits for risky or restricted activity before a swap settles. Read the AML Policy.
Our AML policy explains how automated screening works, what can pause an order, and what happens next. Read the full AML Policy.
