These Terms govern your use of fuguswap.com and everything connected to it — the swap interface, APIs, and any related tools (together, the "Service"). FuguSwap does not launch, sponsor, or control any token or coin, including assets that may look similar to our name. Treat anything outside our official channels as unaffiliated.
1. Accepting These Terms
Opening the site or placing an order means you accept what is written here. We may revise these Terms when needed; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using FuguSwap after an update, that counts as agreement with the new text.
2. What the Service Does
FuguSwap is a swap tool: you pick a pair, send crypto to the address we show, and receive output at the destination you enter. You can also leave a refund address when creating the order — we recommend doing so.
An account is not required. You can swap without signing up, as long as you follow these Terms.
3. We Do Not Hold Your Funds
FuguSwap is not a wallet and not a bank. We do not keep user balances on our side. Assets move through the swap pipeline only to finish the exchange or send them back if the order cannot be completed.
Double-check every address you submit — payout and refund alike. A typo is on you, not on us.
4. How Orders Are Handled
- Every order passes through our automated processing logic. The system decides on its own whether to complete, pause, or reject a swap based on the rules we run internally.
- When a swap cannot go through, funds go back to where they came from or to the refund address you named at checkout — whichever fits that particular case.
- If something looks off, we may freeze the order and reach out to coordinate next steps. No reply within 60 minutes — we treat that as permission to refund under the rule above.
- Special case: you gave no refund address, the swap failed, and the deposit came from somewhere that is not clearly yours — a contract payout, a pooled wallet, etc. We will keep the order on hold and wait for you to tell us where to send the money back. There is no one-hour deadline here; we stay paused until a workable return path exists.
5. Screening Without Identity Checks
- We run no identity checks — no KYC, no KYB, no document uploads. We also have no compliance officer, no custodial partner for verification, and no separate vault of personal files for that purpose.
- Orders still get screened automatically. We will never tell you what flags fired, what score your deposit got, or why the system chose to stop or reverse a swap.
- Using FuguSwap means you accept that outcome without an explanation of the underlying review.
6. Data We Skip
We do not build profiles and we do not archive who you are. No names, no IDs, no address proofs — because we never ask for them. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
7. What You Promise Us
- You act on your own initiative and accept the risks involved.
- You are 18+ (or legal age where you live) and legally allowed to swap crypto.
- You are not in, and do not act on behalf of anyone in, a blocked region — including the United States, Cuba, Iran, Russia, Belarus, North Korea, St. Kitts and Nevis, Syria, or any territory under broad international sanctions.
- FuguSwap picks where it operates. We may refuse service in any market without notice.
- Fees shown at order time apply; they can change for future swaps.
- You own — or are authorised to move — the coins and addresses involved. Personal use only.
- Nothing in your swap may tie to fraud, terror financing, scams, or other unlawful activity.
- Blockchain and network failures, congestion, and wrong addresses are risks you take on yourself.

Swaps tied to the platforms below — or to historical links with them — are not welcome. New activity through these names is rejected:

9. Liability
