We do not issue, endorse, or maintain any digital tokens under our name or any name confusingly similar to ours. Any tokens, coins, or other digital assets that may appear to reference our brand are not created, authorized, or affiliated with us in any way. Users should exercise caution and rely only on official communications from us.

1. Application and Modifications

• By accessing or utilizing the Service, you confirm your understanding and agreement to adhere to these Terms.
• We retain the right to amend these Terms at our discretion.

2. Service Details

• Service Overview: Choose the digital currencies you want to trade and the digital currencies you want to receive (collectively referred to as the "crypto pair").
• Provide the destination address where the received funds will be sent.

3. Terms of Service and Legal Responsibility

• By utilizing the Service, you warrant that:
• You are using our services voluntarily, at your discretion, and at your own risk.
• You acknowledge that FuguSwap does not operate in prohibited jurisdictions and reserves the right to choose its operational markets and jurisdictions.
• The Service is not intended for use by individuals who are citizens or residents of the United States, Cuba, Iran, Russia, Belarus North Korea, St. Kitts and Nevis, Syria or any other jurisdictions affected by internationalsanctions.
• You are at least 18 years old or of legal age as per your jurisdiction.
• You agree to pay transaction fees as determined by FuguSwap, which may be subject to change.
• You accept the inherent risks associated with internet systems and blockchain protocols.

4. Additional Terms

• You must be the legitimate owner of the digital currency, sending address, and destination address for each transaction. The service is designed for personal use only.
• The sending and destination addresses, as well as the digital currency used or exchanged, must not be linked to terrorism, fraud, deception, or any illegal activity.
• Risks and Fees: FuguSwap does not provide storage services; therefore, digital currencies are not stored as part of user transactions. Users release FuguSwap from liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Service.
• Risk Management: FuguSwap employs an automated risk management system to review all transactions. We reserve the right to halt your exchange transaction to conduct a risk management investigation.
